The annual meeting of the Carcinological Society of Japan (CSJ), a memorial meeting for 50th anniversary of CJS, was held at the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology.

Deadline for registration of attendance and presentation: 31 August 2011
Deadline for abstract: 15 September 2011

Conference: 4000JPY (student: 2000JPY)
Banquet: 5000JPY (student: 3000JPY)
Lunch-box: 700JPY/ day

* Registration fee applies to both members and non-members of CSJ.
* All registration fees must be paid in Japanese Yen.
* The attendances who have difficulties in transferring fees can pay at the venue during the meeting.
Language
Japanese or English. Most of the papers may be presented in Japanese, but of course English presentations are also welcomed.
Guideline for abstract
Abstracts shall be prepared in A4 size. Please follow the format of the example. You can submit abstracts either by email or snail mail. If you are submitting it by email, please use a title of the email as Abstract-[presenter's name].
Guidelines for poster presentations
Poster boards will be available for the accepted posters. The poster size shall be prepared in maximum 120 cm in height and 90 cm in width.
Guidelines for oral presentations
Allocated time: 15 min for each presentation including following discussion. In order to balance the number of oral presentations and posters, we might ask you to change your initial choice. Notification will be made as soon as possible.
